MJC Security performs security testing only with appropriate authorization and an agreed scope. You must have the legal right to authorize testing of the systems, applications, accounts, networks or data included in an engagement.
Testing activities, targets, timing, exclusions and reporting expectations should be agreed before an assessment begins. Additional targets require separate authorization.
Security findings are intended for the authorized client. Confidentiality and any NDA obligations are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Security testing provides an assessment of identified conditions within the agreed scope and time. It cannot guarantee that every vulnerability or future security issue will be discovered.
